DELIVERIES AND REFUNDS

Deliveries

We offer three delivery options. Next day, 2-3 day and 5-7 days. During busy periods please be patient if we are experiencing delays in deliveries. We use Royal Mail and DPD. You will receive tracking information.

Returns 

​

If your product appears faulty due to quality issues, the fault must be reported to us via email to leah@flique.co.uk within 14-21 days of the receipt date. Once we have agreed for the item to be returned please post your item back to us in its original packaging. 

You will be notified when we receive your item back to us and your refund will be processed. We do not accept returns for any other reason other than faulty items. If it is clear that the item has been damaged by the consumer- the refund will not be issued. Hair that has been fitted in the salon is non returnable and non refundable as hair extensions are a consumable product. Please ensure that you are happy with the quality and the colour match of your hair extensions before you go ahead with the fitting service. Return address- 2 St Lukes close, Hedge end SO30 2US.

Exchanges

​

If you change your mind on an item you have purchased from Fliqué you are able to do so. Please contact us via email leah@flique.co.uk. You must include in the email the item you currently have and the item you would like to exchange it for. The exchange will be processed and your new item will be sent to you once we receive the original item. All postage costs must be covered by the consumer.
